So I thought I'd update everybody with what's going on.<br /><br />Firstly, gigs... apologies to anyone who came down to see us at Dr. Wu's in Leeds on the 21st of November - the icy cold of Manchester trapped J and Elaine (well, that and a pile up on the M60) so we were forced to cancel. Meh. To make up for it, we're playing at Dry Bar on Oldham street in Manchester on the 29th of November, along with friends The Playmates (interestingly, Mr. Neil of The Playmates has been in two other bands Palo Alto have been associated with over the years - Chevron &amp; Les Flames) and Vicious Cabaret.<br /><br />We're then laying fallow until February - Mike is spending a month in Australia with his missus (git)... so we'll be back at The Mixing Tin on February the 1st with the lovely Mixtape people... and then back at the same venue on the 18th with Vibrations. Great stuff.<br /><br />Other news? We've got a load of shiny new tunes that we'll be putting to tape next year. We're really quite pleased with 'em, and just need to get round to naming them! We'll be playing along with Dakto. It should be much fun if it's anything like our last excursion to The Mixing Tin...<br /><br />Also, we'll be bringing a brand-spanking-new-just-finished tune (although unfortunately unamed as yet) down with us this Saturday to The Night &amp; Day. It's sounding ace if we do say so ourselves.<br /><br />Palo Alto are planning to make a long overdue trip in to the studio in October.
